Facilitated Project Recovery

As requested by the client’s PMO director or other leader, Cooper Consulting project mentors will assist selected project leaders and/or teams to help recover a troubled project already underway. This typically involves many of the same steps needed for a FastSTART, to get a project re-defined and correctly planned in a very short period of time, so that it can achieve its original objectives.
