Consultative Teaching and Advising

Project mentors will use the consultative approach to teaching project and program management to coach and advise selected project leaders and teams on the application of their customized project management methodology, assisting with the creation of project plans and documents for selected projects. The mentors will work onsite and through email and phone calls to help novices use the methodology and tools, and gain comfort with their application to specific work areas.
