Seminar: WBS & Schedule Development

Duration: 3 hours

Expected Audience:  Targeted for project leaders, this session introduces the new or novice user to the important features of the planning and scheduling tools available, and how to use them to build a usable Work Breakdown Structure and associated schedule.

Pre-Requisites: At a minimum, attendees should have completed:

  • Initiation & Planning
