Expected Audience:  Targeted for project leaders and some team members, this session covers the identification, qualifying and quantification of project risks, and several methods for treating and monitoring them. 

Pre-Requisites:  At a minimum, attendees should have completed:

Objectives:

  • Know how and when to identify and evaluate risks on a project
  • Describe and define different types of risk and how they are treated
