Expected Audience:  Targeted at project leaders and team members, this session addresses how to plan for effective communications on a project, and covers information distribution within and external to the project from team members to sponsors and functional managers.  It also covers the basics of running and documenting a good meeting, and addresses the different types of meetings common on projects (information sharing, problem-solving, status, phase-gate, selling, etc.).
