Approach

We follow a simple "golden rule" approach for consulting: We do for our clients and employees just as we would like for them to do for us. This is why we spend so much time learning about each client's business, why we invest such considerable effort in selecting the people who can best help us achieve the client's goals, and why we price our services so that our clients receive the greatest value possible from the work we do for them.

Consulting means being part of your information systems solutions at whatever level is right for you. That means doing anything from providing complete management and technical support of entire enterprise systems, to executing comprehensive projects, to providing professional personnel to augment internal staff.

One of the most critical aspects of assembling a team of consultants is assigning the right people to manage the team. We assign to all our clients professional account managers with significant and successful industry experience, and we charge them with the overriding goal of seeing to it that our clients are successful. We empower them to achieve this goal by making sure the people they manage are capable professionals who have the right qualifications, are provided with ongoing training, and are being compensated accordingly.
