Double Line Partners (DLP)

  • Cooper Consulting has been working with Double Line Partners (DLP) and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation (MSDF) to prototype the District Connections Database (DCD) and business intelligence scorecards for Texas school districts.
  • The DCD is one of the critical components of the Texas Student Data System (TSDS) that will support the delivery of a modern, flexible, powerful and actionable student-centric scorecard that educators can use to make decisions, predict performance levels and graduation rates, change the course of individual students at risk, and better prepare all students for college and beyond.

Streamline Technical Services

  • Streamline Technical Services repairs and refurbishes Dell and other manufacturer's products and resells them.
  • Cooper won the contract to provide project management, .NET architecture assistance and .NET development on a SQLServer database.

Texas 5th Wall Roofing Systems

  • Texas Fifth Wall Roofing Systems has been operating for more than 20 years and is the premier commercial roofing company in the Austin Area.
  • Cooper undertook a comprehensive business process reengineering project along with a recommendation for a COTS enterprise management system and assistance with implementing the COTS system.
  • We provided project management, business and system analysis, data analysis, thought leadership, and cultural change management support to executive team.
  • Microsoft tools were utilized for analysis and design of business systems.

Michael and Susan Dell Foundation

  • The Michael and Susan Dell Grants Management system includes application, evaluation, award and compliance

International Business Machines (IBM)

  • Cooper provided the Senior Business Architect for the IBM Business Transformation - Strategic Direct project, a worldwide initiative that supports the growth of on demand business for IBM
  • Cooper's senior consultant was a key member of the business team for the large enterprise (LE) portal remediation project, insuring migration from the old legacy IBM SlingShot portal to the new Common Portal Engine (CPE) based on the SOA and WebSphere Portal technology.
  • Cooper provided the solution design lead for the IBM Xcellerator program, part of the Hybrid Value Chain Executive Directive for readiness to support high-volume x-series sales/orders.
